Social building designed in 3 levels, which shelters all the required services for the West Fabrik.

The lower lever has a 2,160 m2 construction area; a grand vestibule frames the building access, and leads to the 8 dressing rooms and 81 showers divided for each production area, with an integral air injection and steam extraction, besides sanitary modules. It also has a fire station and a medical services Area with an emergency room, two doctors’ offices and labor medicine area, all equipped with the required installations such as air conditioning, voice and data, oxygen, etc. Also located in the lower level is a 30-car garage. The engine room has a water heater and storage which keeps the water al a constant 36°C.

In the first level there is a Banking Area, Kitchen and industrial Mess Hall which service approximately 750 people per shift; it has air extraction and firefighting installations, etc. All the finishes on this level are high-quality; the Interceramic brand floors have epoxy joints to prevent any filtration to the lower level. This level has a 2,160 m2 area.  A pure-white, rolled steel sheet over a frame attached to the walls was installed continuing with the client’s corporate image, but distinguishing this building over the others which are destined to production.

In the third level there is a warehouse with a mechanical frame system for chassis, which was built with a steel structure and R101 sheet steel roofing and grey, cold-rolled sheeting for the facade.

Insulated footings and reinforced-concrete grade beams form the foundations of this building, with a hybrid structure made of steel and reinforced concrete. The suspended slabs for levels and roof are of A-36 metallic structure, with Losacero system.
