Torres N is a group of two, 28-level corporate buildings. 3 levels are destined for commercial use, 22 are for office space, and 3 more are for underground parking. This represents a grand total of 38,952 m2 construction, on a 4,093 m2 plot in “La Noria”.
This project is developed to satisfy the present square meter demand for important companies and corporations which demand efficient, well located constructions in teh city, which are also environmentally friendly and respectful, with low operation and maintenance costs. Torres N is being built to attain the LEED Certification, based on systems to grade “Green Buildings” by the US.GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL. This is the first of such projects to seek certification in the city of Puebla, and one of few in Mexico.
3 underground parking levels, enough to shelter 394 autos, plus another 69 parking slots at street level, make up a total of 463 slots to satisfy the demand and required norms.
Each office level will have a 550 m2 constructed area, of which 442 m2 are destined to saleable area for offices with an excellent view of the volcanoes and to the four cardinal points of the city, highlighting the view towards the area of highest growth in Puebla, “Angelópolis”. The high-speed, vertical movement system (4 elevators per tower) of Finnish technology, consists of digital destination selection, similar to the those in use in some intelligent buildings in the most important cities around the world.
